About the Role
Dante Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional to join our team in Mpumalanga. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment and employment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures
- Utilize Sage Pastel software for HR tasks

- Matric
- Any HR related qualification or certification
- 2 years’ working experience working within a similar role
- Proficient in working on Sage Pastel
- Valid drivers license and reliable transport
