About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Accountant/Finance Administrator to join our team at Employment Solutions. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing financial transactions, reconciliations, and reports, as well as assisting with payroll and audit preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing up to Trial Balance
- General ledger reconciliation
- Assist with monthly reporting packs
- VAT201 and EMP 201 calculations and returns
- Processing weekly wages
- Assist in payroll reconciliation
- Matching of GRN and invoices, follow up on differences
- Processing of invoices
- Creditors reconciliations
- Assist with various reports
- Assist with audit preparation
Requirements
- Matric + relevant tertiary qualification
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Syspro experience is advantageous
- MS Office
