Our 8 roomed boutique hotel is situated in Plettenberg Bay in the Western Cape, with a restaurant seating up to 40 pax.

The vacancy is for a young ambitious person who has strong management and organizational skills who has excellent kitchen skills. Must be a team player and be willing to talk to guests.

We require a person who is knowledgeable and has hotel/lodge experience in:

General management of the kitchen

Staff management

Food costing skills

Reservations

Stock control

Housekeeping

Position available immediately

100% fluency in English is essential as most of our guests are from the UK, as well as a drivers license, and preferably their own car to make going on leave easier as public transport is almost non existent here

A team player with a sense of humour is the sort of person we are looking for

This is a live-in position. We offer en-suite accommodation, all meals and laundry.
