Must have Grade 12 and a formal culinary Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution Driver`s license (essential) Minimum 2 years experience in a Chef De Partie position Must have a clear understanding of dietaries and nutrition Must have in-depth knowledge of hygiene practices and new products Must reference well and have an excellent food portfolio Highly organized and with great attention to detail Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure Excellent verbal and written communication in English Must have a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills Must be able to work in a team and collaborate Excellent time management skills and great work ethic Live in position with accommodation, meals, and uniform included.
