Luxury 5* lodge seeks an experienced General Manager meeting the highest standards in conservation-minded and lifestyle-driven hospitality excellence, with the following specific requirements:- Hospitality management diploma Proven track record as Lodge GM in a 5* ultra-luxury boutique hotel or safari lodge environment, with over 35 rooms Strong knowledge of financial principles budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and cost control. Understanding of conservation principles and management Knowledge of current trends in wellness tourism, food & beverage, and experiential travel An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
