We are currently collecting CVs for either a single Lodge Manager or a Lodge Management Couple for a safari lodge in Mjejane. Guiding qualifications are advantageous but not essential. Were looking for experienced, hands-on professionals who can manage operations, lead teams, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Key notes: Lodge management experience preferred Strong operational, guest and team focus Willing to relocate and work remotely Flexible leave cycle required (6 weeks on / 2 weeks off) ? Gross R15,900 + R600 cell phone allowance (DOE) ? Guests & shareholders also tip employees. The owner enforces a strict tipping policy for guests. ? Housing on the premises ? No pets ?
