is assisting an Exclusive Island Lodge in Mozambique to recruit an experienced to join their team This opportunity requires a hand-on dynamic leader with exceptional hosting skills, high energy, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for guest delight. While operational and financial excellence are essential, this role is above all about hospitality leadership, ensuring every guest enjoys a personalised, unforgettable stay. Success will be driven by guest delight planning, a culture of high-touch service, and strong staff training across all guest-facing areas. The ideal candidate will be an experienced luxury hospitality professional with a proven record of independently managing a five-star property in a remote location. They will combine strong operational, financial, and people management expertise with a passion for mentoring teams and delivering service innovation.
