Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management review
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for construction projects
• Monitor and evaluate project financial performance
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making
• Ensure compliance with financial standards and regulations
• Work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
• Identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement
• Prepare financial statements and analysis for management and shareholders
• Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a Management Accountant in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for construction projects
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Relevant certification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA) is a plus
