About the Role
We are seeking a Management Couple to join our luxury game lodge in Welgevonden, South Africa. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our remote hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage check-ins, hosting duties, and daily guest liaison
- Oversee front-of-house operations and supervise housekeeping and dining service standards
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and lodge admin tasks
- Support training and motivation of lodge team members
- Conduct general lodge maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, and structural tasks
- Maintain vehicles, generators, water systems, and infrastructure
- Ensure lodge grounds and buildings are well-kept and operational
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a management couple in a game lodge or remote hospitality environment
- Strong people skills, leadership qualities, and a hands-on attitude
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication abilities
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage under pressure
- Proficient computer skills and understanding of lodge systems (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s licenses (PDP advantageous)
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R20,000 – R24,000 per month (combined, negotiable depending on experience)
