About the Role
The Member Journey & Growth Analyst plays a crucial role in optimising the member lifecycle journey to improve acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and membership upgrades for Planet Fitness’s connected digital ecosystem across 50 clubs nationwide. This involves analysing member behaviour, translating behavioural data into insights that improve the overall member experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse behavioural data across mobile app, website, CRM, and marketing platforms
- Monitor and optimise member journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention, and upgrades
- Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and lifecycle journeys
- Conduct A/B testing to improve messaging, campaigns, and engagement strategies
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide clear insights on member behaviour and journey performance
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, engagement, and retention
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field
- 3 years’ experience in digital analytics, marketing analytics, or growth analysis
- Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or similar analytics platforms
- Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
