About the Role
The National Coffee Manager will lead the growth and expansion of the coffee division, identifying new market opportunities and driving sales initiatives. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, who can build strong relationships and foster teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the growth and expansion of the coffee division, identifying new market opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring satisfaction.
- Drive sales initiatives and collaborate with regional managers to achieve targets.
- Conduct workshops and training programs for staff and technicians, documenting all learning outcomes.
- Implement and maintain high-quality standards for coffee products and machines.
- Manage inventory efficiently and ensure SLAs are met across regions.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
- Provide technical support and advice related to coffee equipment and solutions.
- Enhance the overall customer experience, incorporating feedback to improve service.
Requirements
- Matric; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous.
- 8–10 years’ technical experience in the coffee industry.
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution.
- Strong experience in training, client management, and team leadership.

- Formal education/certifications (Bachelor’s, LLB, Matric, etc.) not specified.
