Job Description

Purpose of the Role To gain practical HR experience by supporting HR operations and contributing to people development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist with recruitment administration. Update employee records and filing systems. Support onboarding and induction processes. Assist with staff engagement initiatives. Support payroll and leave administration. Perform general HR administrative duties. Job Specification Minimum Requirements Currently studying or recently completed Diploma/Degree in HR or related field. Computer literacy (MS Office). Skills & Competencies Willingness to learn. Good communication skills. Organized and detail-oriented. Professional attitude and confidentiality.
