About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Property Services Manager to lead our operations across multiple commercial and retail assets, working with a well-established property management group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage building operations, maintenance programs, and service contracts
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance and quality standards
- Prepare and monitor budgets, expenses, and operational reports
- Supervise onsite staff and coordinate contractors for maintenance and projects
- Liaise with tenants to address complaints and operational issues
Requirements
- 710 years of experience in property services, facilities management, or operations
- Diploma or degree in Facilities, Operations, or Property Management (technical qualifications advantageous)
- Strong organizational, financial, and communication skills
- Ability to travel regionally as required
