Job Summary
- JOB TITLE: Regional Quality Assurance Controller (Egypt)
- MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Regional Quality Assurance Controller is a critical role, responsible for overseeing the entire supplier quality control and Point Quality Assurance and performance monitoring and continuous improvement. You will ensure that our suppliers meet our stringent quality standards and deliver products and services that meet our customers` needs. This includes onsite supply chain company inspections and Auditing. Responsible for the suppliers quality output.
- DESCRIPTION OF FIELD OF DUTY (KPAs):
- Supplier Audits and Quality management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant quality control and assurance procedures.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Daily supplier audits and quality checks.
- Compliance and Documentation.
- Customer complaints on quality issues in a timely and effective manner.
- QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification in a related field (NQF 7-9)
- WORK EXPERIENCE:
5 to 10 years experience in a similar role.
Project management (essential)
Printing experience (essential)
Quality Control and Quality Assurance (essential)
