Job Summary
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and feasibility studies specifically for MEP systems.
- Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract documentation for mechanical and electrical works.
- Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and risk assessments for MEP installations.
- Manage contract administration, variations, and claims related to MEP projects.
- Track and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost-saving measures.
- Assess and certify interim and final payments for MEP contractors and suppliers.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare financial reports, cash flow projections, and valuations related to MEP works.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or a related field.
- Experience in MEP cost estimation, contract management, and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction contracts, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and cost management software.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
