About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Recruiter to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality, working remotely as part of our 100% commission-based recruitment model. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury safari lodges. If you are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and enjoy communicating with people, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and place candidates in senior HOD or Management roles within the hospitality industry
- Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify top talent
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients and staff
- Meet and exceed commission-based targets, with opportunities for bonus incentives
Requirements
- Minimum of 3.5 years of hospitality industry experience, ideally in a senior HOD or Management role
- Safari Lodge experience highly beneficial
- Fully computer literate & tech-savvy
- Active on social media platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communicator (English)
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task and highly organized
- Enjoy communicating with people and not be scared to pick up the phone to chat
