About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Recruiter to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality, working remotely as part of our 100% commission-based recruitment model. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in the hospitality industry, with a focus on luxury safari lodges. If you are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and enjoy communicating with people, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and place candidates in senior HOD or Management roles within the hospitality industry
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote job openings and engage with potential candidates
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients and staff
  • Meet and exceed commission-based targets, with opportunities for bonus incentives

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3.5 years of hospitality industry experience, ideally in a senior HOD or Management role
  • Safari Lodge experience highly beneficial
  • Fully computer literate & tech-savvy
  • Active on social media platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communicator (English)
  • Self-motivated
  • Ability to multi-task and highly organized
  • Enjoy communicating with people and not be scared to pick up the phone to chat
