Responsibilities:

Provide top-tier customer support via email, live chat, and phone in German and English . Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, product details, shipping, returns, and refunds. Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring quick and satisfactory resolutions. Process and track orders while coordinating with the warehouse and logistics teams. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary. Support the team in optimising customer service processes and improving customer experience.
