About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking a Reservationist / Booking Agent to join a well-established luxury adventure tours company based in Sabie. This role is ideal for an organised and customer-focused individual with a passion for travel, adventure, and delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage booking enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Confirm reservations, process payments, and send booking confirmations
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client correspondence
- Liaise with operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with itinerary planning and provide clients with relevant travel information
- Resolve any booking-related issues promptly and professionally
- Provide support to guests before, during, and after their travel experiences
Requirements
- Previous experience in reservations, travel bookings, or hospitality preferred
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Computer literate and comfortable using booking systems and email
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Based in or willing to relocate to Sabie
