About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a premium casual dining venue in Lynnwood Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front and back of house operations effectively
- Oversee staff management and training
- Monitor inventory levels and adhere to opening and closing protocols
