About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our upmarket beach restaurant concept in Mauritius. As part of a growing hospitality group, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and training
- Lead a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
- 3 – 5+ years relevant experience in high-volume restaurants
- International hospitality experience preferred
- Strong leadership and training ability
- Excellent service knowledge
- Fluent English (French an advantage)
