About the Role

We are seeking a technically strong Finance Manager to join our global organisation, operating across complex large-scale projects. As a key member of our finance team, you will partner with business leaders to deliver high-quality financial insights and support business performance through insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting , including management accounts, statutory reporting, and group reporting packs.
Manage the financial close process , ensuring general ledger integrity, balance sheet reconciliations, and accurate reporting.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes , including variance analysis and financial performance tracking.
Lead audit processes , ensuring compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee treasury and cash flow management , including forecasting, working capital, and FX exposure.
Ensure tax compliance, company secretarial requirements, and adherence to internal governance frameworks .
Lead and develop the finance team , including Accounts Payable and Treasury functions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives , enhancing systems, processes, and financial controls.

Requirements

CA(SA) qualification is essential
2.54 years post articles experience in Financial Management or Accounting Experience within a multinational or professional services environment would be advantageous
Exposure to working across African markets would be beneficial
Strong knowledge of IFRS (particularly IFRS 9, 15, and 16) , financial reporting, and internal controls
Experience managing audits, treasury, and compliance functions
Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle HFM preferred)
Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail with the ability to operate in a deadline-driven environment
