About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Operations Management professional with deep brand understanding and strong commercial capability to lead our new franchise restaurants in West Africa. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full-service franchise restaurants outside of hotels or QSRs, with a focus on caf-style restaurant brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage total onboarding of the brand from location sourcing to operations management to further expansion in franchise restaurants
- Proven senior leadership experience within a caf-style restaurant brand environment is essential
- Experience launching a casual dining or premium caf brand such as Mugg and Bean, Tashas, News Cafe or Bootleggers
Requirements
- 10 years plus experience in full service franchise restaurants NOT IN HOTELS OR QSR
- Current Executive Operations Management position within one of the following brands: Mugg and Bean, Tashas, News Cafe or Bootleggers
- Strong understanding of the specific operating model, culture, and customer proposition
