The Role We are looking for a confident, warm, and perceptive Sales Specialist in Sexual Wellness to join our Cape Town team. This role moves between our Green Point, Claremont, and Table View stores , as well as supporting our online business. You will be a trusted guide, someone who listens well, speaks clearly, and helps customers feel at ease while making informed choices about their bodies, relationships, and pleasure. What Youll Do Deliver calm, attentive, and intelligent customer service throughout the sales journey Offer tailored, thoughtful product guidance based on individual needs and comfort levels Pack and process online orders with discretion, accuracy, and care Support store operations and management with initiative and accountability Maintain an environment that is immaculate, welcoming, and visually considered Who You Are Experienced in customer-facing service roles Comfortable working with WooCommerce or similar platforms Naturally curious, professional, and passionate about sexual wellness Quick to learn and confident in sharing product knowledge clearly and respectfully Self-motivated, reliable, and composed under pressure Comfortable discussing sexuality openly, maturely, and without judgement Polished, empathetic, and committed to creating a safe space for every customer
