Responsibilities
• Built Key Relationships with all strategic customers and suppliers.
• Manage customers experiences with the customer and on sell products and services.
• Selling of Prepaid Airtime, Prepaid Electricity, Bill Payments and Traffic Fine, and Value-added Services.
• Selling of custom telecommunication solutions, Virtual Warehousing, Transacting Switches, Starter Pack Systems, USSD menus and Tablet Applications to Key Customers.
• Selling of telecommunication solutions and products to existing clients and help them grow their business.
• Help Develop the company’s systems from a customer sales and strategy level side.
• Help Develop the company’s systems from a customer sales and strategy level side based on existing customer feedback.
• Manage the customer experience with using the company.
• Manage the customer expectations with using the company and with their deliverables.
• Help build the company’s product portfolio with new and exciting products.
Requirements
• Have must own transport and valid driver’s licence.
• Must have a strong personality that can handle heavy workloads and keep a positive outlook.
• An organized person that can make sure nothing goes missing or unattended.
• Must not have an issue with traveling around Gauteng and for short trips outside of Gauteng.
• Must be able to manage a sales team with targets and objectives.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of how the airtime and telecommunications industry works and have worked in this industry, existing Relations a real bonus.
• Knowledge on reward and loyalty programs.
• Sales Management experience.
• Knowledge of technical systems a bonus
• Any form of technical Sales Experience
