Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reseller and Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with resellers and clients.
- Needs Assessment and Solution Provision: Conducting thorough needs assessments and providing fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Sales and Promotion: Promoting the clients services to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Monitoring and optimising the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of high-quality opportunities.
- Lead Management: Effectively managing and converting leads to drive sales growth.
- Sustainable Sales Growth Management: Implementing strategies and training initiatives to achieve sustainable net sales growth.
- Maximising Contractual Benefits: Ensuring contracts deliver expected financial and strategic value by monitoring performance and implementing improvement strategies.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Partnering with all the clients departments for continued and sustainable customer success.
- Reseller Training and Development: Ensuring training programs are effective and lead to measurable improvements in reseller performance.
Requirements:
- 1. Relevant qualification [ NQF 4]
- Advantageous: Practical technical knowledge in SaaS, Networking and Cloud services.
- Advantageous: Sales professional certification
- Advantageous: CRM software proficiency
The Reference Number for this position is LJ60515 which is a Perm – Hybrid position based in Randburg offering a cost to company salary of up to R460K per annum negotiable on experience and ability.
