Managing and Investigation of Crime Incidents underground Managing underground team Handling of informers and intelligence Management of roster of his team Ensure that court procedures and consequence management procedures are fulfilled Liaise with HR Department concerning disciplinary enquiries to ensure fulfilment thereof Liaise with Client/SAPS/ Court officials Handling of Au Exhibit safe Management of case dockets according to “Brought Forward” system Guiding of co-worker in the investigation of crime Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills: Matric Diploma in management Drivers license Computer literacy (MS Excel) and Word. Academic qualification in Investigations of Crime Minimum of 3-years experience in Investigating of Incidents (Criminal as well as Departmental) SAPS, Defence Force, and/or NIA experience will be an advantage. Above average presentation, written, verbal communication and report-writing skills. PSIRA Accredited Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism to liaise with clients. Ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Work independently and extended hours if/when required. A fair deal of patience. Meet deadlines. Good organizer. Knowledge and understanding of Security Industry. Proficiency in MS Office. Experience of Investigations and managing of the employees, as well as underground back round within the Mining Environment will be an advantage. Prepared to relocate
