- Design, evolve, and maintain scalable technical architecture, including microservices and event-driven systems.
- Actively contribute clean, high-quality code in TypeScript.
- Mentor and guide other engineers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
- Serve as a key technical point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Champion sustainable engineering practices, Agile methodologies, and the thoughtful adoption of new technologies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack, Backend, or Frontend Engineer.
- Expert, hands-on proficiency in the following core technologies is mandatory:
- TypeScript
- Angular
- Node.js
- Proven experience in API Design and building scalable backend services.
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture, including microservices and event-driven patterns.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Strong leadership and communication skills in English, with the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Java for backend development.
- Experience with Docker, cloud platforms, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or implementing features like RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Experience in the automotive, sports, or healthcare technology domains.
ATTRIBUTES:
- A pragmatic engineer who prioritizes sustainable solutions over chasing trends.
- A proactive leader who enjoys both hands-on coding and mentoring.
- Thrives in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
- Values work-life balance and a supportive, international company culture.
