About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Projects Administrator to join our team in Namibia. As a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, you will be responsible for managing and driving various projects, overseeing all operational, financial, and reporting aspects to ensure effective execution. With a demonstrated track record of managing multi-project portfolios and budgets, you will play a critical role in delivering sustainable and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and drive various projects
- Oversee all ongoing projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality delivery
- Coordinate stakeholders, lead staff, evaluate and recommend grants, troubleshoot operational challenges, and prepare high-quality submissions for the Board
- Prepare clear recommendations to the CEO on approvals, rejections, or modifications and monitor and evaluate grantee performance
- Develop and manage the annual budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and monitoring expenditure to ensure financial compliance with internal policies
- Support the CEO in cultivating and sustaining strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum requirements: Must be a Namibian Citizen
- A Tertiary qualification in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience having managed Projects is essential for the position.
- Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities are required.
