About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, implementing change, and supporting staff through times of transition. You will work closely with our Head Chef to develop innovative food products and ensure exceptional service to our guests.

Requirements
- Matric or NQF4 combined with diploma in Culinary Arts
- Commercial cookery apprenticeship or equivalent
- 5 years experience in a culinary leadership role
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Fully computer literate – MS Office Suite
- Valid Driver’s License (may need to drive company vehicles)
