Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork. Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal offerings that reflect the brand’s luxury positioning. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and internal operational procedures. Manage inventory, cost control, and kitchen efficiency to optimize profitability. Step in for the Executive Chef as needed, maintaining consistent quality and service standards. Requirements: Culinary qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably within luxury hotels, lodges, or fine-dining establishments. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Proven ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, high-standard environment. Creativity and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. Knowledge of modern culinary trends and cost management practices.
