About the Role
The Bay Hotel, nestled against the iconic Twelve Apostle Mountain range and just steps away from the stunning Atlantic Ocean in vibrant Camps Bay, is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join their renowned culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to craft exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards, managing inventory, and maintaining kitchen efficiency.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same or similar position in a 4/5-star hotel
- Familiar with all the duties of a hotel kitchen
