- Matric (Grade 12)
- Technical / Production Certificate (NQF 5)
- Diploma in Technical / Production field – advantageous
- Trade Test – advantageous
- 3–5 years’ experience in manufacturing / production environment
- Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience
- Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP / ERP preferred)
Job Duties:
- Supervise plant production and maintenance activities
- Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and minimise downtime
- Enforce Health & Safety and company procedures
- Manage and develop staff performance
- Monitor costs and ensure efficient use of resources
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records
