About the Role
We are seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team at a well-established, large Multi Franchise Dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring all New vehicle sales activities and processes to maximize new vehicle sales and profits.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement all New vehicle sales activities and processes
- Manage and monitor the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders
- Lead and grow individuals within the team
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Automotive Industry Experience ESSENTIAL
- At least 3 years’ experience in Sales Manager role in an automotive environment
- Organization, financial, sales process, and management skills and experience
- Deal closing skills and experience
- Vision to lead and grow individuals
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
No formal education or certifications required.
Salary & Benefits
R30 000 basic salary plus 10% of netto profit commission. Benefits include pension, cellphone contract, company car, medical aid, and funeral benefits.
