About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Site Safety Manager to join our team at PRO Personnel Employment Agency. With 15 years of proven experience in Health & Safety Management on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all site Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) activities. Previous EXPO or major international event project experience is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all site Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) activities
- Ensure full compliance with local Saudi regulations and international HSE standards
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Lead safety audits, inspections, toolbox talks, and incident investigations
- Coordinate with project management, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain a zero-harm culture
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years’ proven experience in Health & Safety Management on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
- Previous EXPO or major international event project experience will be a distinct advantage
- Strong experience in managing site-wide HSE systems, contractor compliance, and workforce safety
- Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, fast-paced project environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills
Qualifications
- NEBOSH Diploma
- OSHA Certification
- Additional relevant Health & Safety certifications will be highly advantageous
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary of SAR 18,000 – 23,000 (Saudi Riyals)
- Allowances as per company policy
- Renewable contract based on performance and project requirements
