About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our luxury 17-room country hotel in the UK, renowned for its Michelin-star-level dining experience. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will have the opportunity to work with locally sourced ingredients to create exceptional fine-dining dishes, contributing to our menu development and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting the Executive Chef in all kitchen operations
- Preparing and presenting high-end farm-to-table dishes with precision and creativity
- Maintaining kitchen standards, hygiene, and food safety
- Managing kitchen staff, scheduling, and training
Requirements
- Proven experience in a luxury or Michelin-star-level kitchen
- Genuine passion for farm-to-table cooking
- British passport required
- Strong leadership, organisation, and culinary skills
- Attention to detail and love for fine dining

Salary: 45,000 – 50,000 per annum. Discounted Accommodation (~600/month).
