About the Role
Craven Cottage CC is seeking an experienced Spa and Wellness Manager to join our luxury 5-star hospitality team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our spa and wellness center, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth. With a strong background in spa management and a passion for wellness, you will lead our team to achieve high operational standards and contribute to the hotel’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities
- Submit reports to Head Office in a timely manner
- Ensure that each spa runs according to company guidelines and take full responsibility of the spa, stock, and staff
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Complete all end-of-day revenue reports, recording all guest invoices, treatments, and revenue-generating sales accurately and correctly
- Drive staff development and training
- Take charge of maintenance management to ensure required tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Deliver a variety of spa services and procedures to a high quality and standard as required
- Design and execute wellness activities, retreats, and events
- Promote wellness programs through in-house guests and build a strong wellness database
- Set monthly targets for team members and motivate them to achieve said targets
- Demonstrate sincere customer focus and true appreciation for the guest experience
- Develop and maintain adequate professional product programs
- Develop and maintain retail product programs
- Create training rosters to ensure staff are always practicing what they preach
Requirements
- Diploma in International Beauty Therapy – ITEC / CIDESCO / SAAHSP
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Spa Manager role within a luxury 5* hospitality environment
- Well-versed in all aspects of the spa’s operations, including business telephone, guest relations, retail sales, and spa services
Qualifications
- Completed Diploma in International Beauty Therapy
