About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our team at a remote safari lodge in Namibia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory across departments, ensuring cost control and smooth lodge operations in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities

Receive, issue, and record stock accurately
Conduct stock takes and variance reporting
Maintain par levels and storage standards
Work closely with procurement and HODs
Ensure FIFO and wastage controls

Requirements

Strong hospitality stock control experience preferred

Organised and systems-driven
