Job Description

Stock Controller – Lodge in Namibia – Namibian Nationals Only Looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Stock Controller to manage inventory across departments. This role is essential to cost control and smooth lodge operations in a remote setting. Important Information · This is a live-in role at a remote safari lodge · Accommodation and meals provided while on duty · Roster cycles discussed during interview stage · Roster cycles and leave structure will be discussed during interviews · Weekend, public holiday, and peak-season work is required Key Responsibilities · Receive, issue, and record stock accurately · Conduct stock takes and variance reporting · Maintain par levels and storage standards · Work closely with procurement and HODs · Ensure FIFO and wastage controls Requirements · Hospitality stock control experience preferred · Strong attention to detail and numeracy · Organised and systems-driven
