About the Role
Fedics is seeking a Supervisor to manage staff and ensure they achieve their full potential in our Catering facility, in the absence of the Catering Manager. As a leading African Integrated Workplace Management Solutions Provider, we specialise in various services including Catering, Facilities Management, Cleaning and Hygiene, Pest Control, Protection, Energy, Procurement, Workspace Design, Engineering, Remote Camps, and more. We value developing our people to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the responsibility and management of this contract when & where needed
- Oversee the efficient running of the unit
- Supervising employees and ensuring duties and tasks under your control are covered by staff available
- Ensure preparation, presentation, hygiene and service standards are maintained
- Assisting with all aspects of unit administration
- Maintaining of all Fedics standards and controls
- To provide the financial controller with daily costings
- Oversee stock and ensure compliance within company policy and procedures
- Analyse and pre-empt client needs and possible complaints

Qualifications
Matric
Minimum 2 – 3 years of work experience on a supervisory level
Knowledge of stock issues, costing and controls
Knowledge of Fedics Hygiene & Quality Standards
