About the Role
The Tokai Automotive Replacement Parts Specialist role offers a unique opportunity for an energetic salesperson with extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts to join our team. As a permanent, full-time position, you will be working in a dynamic environment where no two days are alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to customers over the counter, online, or any other platform.
- Assist customers in understanding our products and identifying solutions to fit their needs, generating sales and renewals while achieving customer satisfaction levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
Requirements
- Must be a South African Citizen with a clean criminal background and ITC (no bad debt) – checks will be done on shortlisted applicants.
- Stable work record is essential for this role.
- Ability to supply contact information for reference checks.
Qualifications
Must have completed Matric.
Salary & Benefits
R 9 500 + Commission, with a Provident Fund and December Bonus.
