About the Role
The Bay Hotel, with its majestic Twelve Apostle Mountain range as a backdrop and the Atlantic Ocean less than a minute away, is seeking an ambitious Trade Account Executive to join their dynamic sales team. As part of our company culture that focuses on growing employees through career development and incentives, we are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong relationships with trade partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade agents within the industry.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Foster partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, MICE companies, production companies, government institutions, and other relevant businesses to promote and sell Village N Life properties and services.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Must speak, read, write and understand English at a professional level
- Diploma / degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably within the hospitality industry or a related field.
- Opera Experience and knowledge preferred.
- Above average efficiency in Microsoft Excel.
