Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail. Deliver engaging, educational, enjoyable Big 5 safari experiences via safari vehicle and by leading bush walks; Maintain a positive, professional guiding culture aligned with lodge values; Maintain strong safety awareness and ethical wildlife viewing; Uphold all reserve protocols, including sightings etiquette and off road policies; Conduct safety briefings, risk assessments, and environmental checks; Maintain rifles, radios, safety & guiding equipment to legal and operational standards; Maintain warm, attentive strong guideguest relationships; Support special occasions, private dinners, and unique guest requests; Potentially accompany guests from and to the airstrip & / to off-site activities; Vehicle checks, cleanliness, and maintenance reporting; Participate in reserve activities such as fence checks, road maintenance, and conservation projects; Assist with basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor maintenance tasks; ??????? ?? ?????? ???? ??? ???? ???? ?? ??? ????? ???????????????? and would only be required on rare occasions, and typically only upon specific guest request. ?? ???????? ?? ??? ?????
