Job Description
- Act as the go-to expert for ICT systems, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and support
- Design and deliver engaging training (in-person, virtual, and hybrid) for users and clients
- Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, SOPs, and e-learning content
- Identify skills gaps and implement targeted training solutions
- Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related
- 3–5+ years’ experience in ICT support, systems, or training
- Proven training facilitation and content development experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Training/facilitation certification
- Experience with LMS, helpdesk systems, and virtual training tools
- E-learning and change management experience
