About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Content Writing Intern to join our team at GAO Group of Companies. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work with AI-powered solutions in our tech support operations and contribute to the development of training materials for AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Observe and learn about the implementation and integration of AI-powered solutions into our tech support operations.
- Write content using AI.
- Participate in discussions and research related to AI for tech support.
- Contribute to the development of training materials for AI.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Tech or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Tech or any related field.
