About the Role

Our client is seeking a reliable and hands-on Workshop Assistant to join their team in Kew, Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should be physically capable, proactive, and willing to assist wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with general workshop duties and hands-on tasks.
  • Running errands as required (valid driver’s licence essential).
  • Collecting and delivering parts or materials when necessary.
  • Supporting basic office administration and filing.
  • Assisting with stock control and keeping the workshop organised.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional working environment.
  • Providing general support to the team and management.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence and confident driving ability.
  • Fluent in Afrikaans (written and spoken).
  • Previous workshop or technical exposure advantageous but not essential.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Honest, presentable, and able to follow instructions well.
  • Physically fit and comfortable with practical tasks.

Salary & Benefits

R 7 500,00 per month.
