About the Role
The Wicket Brewer is seeking an experienced and charismatic Front of House (FOH) Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional guest experiences during busy sports events and everyday operations. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving service standards, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring seamless coordination with the kitchen and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the FOH team to deliver high-energy, memorable guest experiences
- Oversee daily service, staff performance, and floor operations
- Maintain strong service standards during busy sports events and everyday operations
- Coordinate with the kitchen and Front of House Manager Gastro Pub & Sports Bar
- Foster a positive team culture and promote a sense of unity among staff
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing a high-volume FOH environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure during busy events and peak periods
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Experience with inventory management and cash handling preferred
Qualifications
- Formal education in hospitality or a related field (e.g. BBA, Hospitality Management)
- Relevant experience in the food and beverage industry (minimum 2 years)
