About Us:Epic Caf is a new family-style restaurant launching in Diep River in October 2025. Were passionate about delivering fresh, flavourful meals and an enjoyable dining experience for every guest.Job Summary:We are looking for friendly, reliable, & customer-focused Waiters/Servers to join our team at Epic Caf. The ideal candidate will need to have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, & a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests promptly & warmly upon arrival- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, & offer recommendations- Take accurate food & beverage orders and enter them into the POS system- Deliver orders in a timely & professional manner- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction & address any concerns- Clear tables, clean dining areas, & reset for new guests- Handle payment transactions & provide accurate change or card processing- Collaborate with kitchen & bar staff to ensure smooth service flow- Follow all restaurant health & safety standards- Uphold restaurant cleanliness & organisation at all timesQualifications:- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred – Excellent communication & interpersonal skills- Strong multitasking & organisational abilities- Ability to work well in a team & under pressure- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, & holidays- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25kg.
