About the Role
As a Building Manager at TsquaredProp, you will be responsible for overseeing the upkeep, repair, and routine maintenance of our property. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, warranties, inspections, and equipment performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests and communicate updates effectively.
- Support positive tenant relationships to promote retention and satisfaction.
- Assist with monthly collections and ensuring order in the building.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures.
- Familiarity with tenant relations and conflict resolution.
Qualifications
- Formal education in a relevant field (e.g. Building Management, Civil Engineering).
- Relevant certifications or qualifications (e.g. Property Management Certification).
