Job Summary
Commercial Gr 12;Dip Admin./Packaging/Warehousing; Comp.Lit/Excel;Minute Taking ;Supplier/ Receiving Policy; Inquiring SOP.Must have communication/ analytical/ structured thinking/problem solving skills/positive attitude/be assertive/a team player/deadline driven/give attention to detail. 2+ Yrs of exp ordering/ receiving/issuing/controlling food packaging material/PM to prevent quality/stock losses; evaluation/action supplier/staff productivity; ensuring all PM/packing/ warehousing metrics accurately recorded/reviewed/remedial actions taken; ensuring that measurement/reporting governed to ensure risks managed/value derived from information. Must ensure good quality PM received according to receiving protocol/recon/verify PM weights/report to management/holding stock levels of Poly/Paper/ Plastic PM for 3 weeks/correct PM available for product lines/daily issue/receiving/loss recon of PM stock/monthly PM recon accurate/correct/warehouse stock counts weekly/results compared to system stock/variances resolved. Verify shift logs/correct recording of the OEE results/timeous trends/ records submitted to HOD/accurate product info/enable warehouse & weighbridge weight controls on loads/manage stock loss risk/warehouse FIFO tracking compliance verified/reported weekly.Take accurate minutes in Depart with clear actions required/follow up before and on target dates/filing/ document control as per company protocols.
