Job Title: Accountant Stellenbosch Location: Stellenbosch, Western Cape Availability: Immediate or as soon as possible About the Company Our client, a dynamic and growing investment holding company , is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join their team based in Stellenbosch . Key Responsibilities Act as the link between procurement/operations and treasury teams Manage and update daily cash flow , communicating changes to the treasury department Review and release daily payments in line with company controls Prepare and present monthly management reports to EXCO Compile and submit VAT calculations and returns to SARS Manage the debtors function : invoicing, statements, and payment follow-ups Reconcile creditors and sub-contractors accounts Perform credit card reconciliations for on-site teams Prepare journals (salary, interest, on-charges, etc.) Demonstrate understanding of trust tax and distributions Draft Annual Financial Statements (AFS) post-year-end Conduct cash flow forecasting for projects and overheads Key Competencies Strong analytical and numerical skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and take initiative Effective communication and interpersonal skills High level of integrity and professionalism Strong problem-solving and time management abilities Why Join This Team?
