About the Role
iStaff (Pty) Ltd is seeking an Administrator to support the Outbound Manager in the packing house environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail, with experience in inventory management and export fruit quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Outbound Manager with inventory management during pack house hours (07h00 – 17h00), possible overtime, and night shifts.
- Conduct PPECB inspections and compliance checks.
- Coordinate loading and dispatch arrangements.
- Manage documentation and communication related to transport and cold room operations.
- Arrange for transport and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Very strong administration skills
- Understanding of export fruit quality standards (advantageous)
- Computer literate in MS Office and Excel (essential), Vitrax (advantageous)
- Keen eye for detail and excellent email etiquette
- General business understanding
- Own transport
